O 实习生 Student Intern

Description
3MIX welcomes motivated and energized architecture students, urban planning students or interior design students to join its Shanghai office for student internship.

Responsibilities
• Supports the project team through entry-level design and technical tasks
• Revises drawings and renderings
• Conducts research for the project team
• Produces graphic presentations and builds study models
• Performs calculations and basic analytical tasks
• Organizes files, materials, and displays
• Learns to manage workload within a context of schedules and work plans
• Works on multiple projects and collaborates with team members
• Begins to understand the process of time management, project planning, concept, and design

Requirements
• Minimum of three years undergraduate education in a design-related field
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit
• Knowledge of Rhino, Grasshopper, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, SketchUp

O 建筑师 Architect
(Entry Level)

Description
3MIX seeks entry level Architects to join our Shanghai office. The position is focused on assisting design and documentation of large scale mixed use projects.
Responsibilities
• Works closely with senior staff supporting design and technical tasks
• Assists with all phases design document preparation
• Conducts research for the project team
• Produces graphic presentations
• Performs calculations and basic analytical tasks
• Organizes files, materials, and displays

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
• 0-3 years of Architecture experience
• Maintains effective communication and interacts well with project team members
• Proficient with AutoCAD, SketchUp and the Adobe suite of programs

O 建筑师 Architect
(Intermediate Level)

Description
3MIX seeks intermediate level Architects to join our Shanghai office. The position is focused on design and documentation of large scale mixed use projects.

Responsibilities
• Works closely with the design leadership to generate design solutions
• Assists with all phases of design for concepts through design development document preparation
• Conducts research for the project team
• Prepare graphic presentations
• Performs calculations and basic analytical tasks

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
• Minimum 4 years Architecture experience
• Experience working on large scale mixed-use projects
• Ability to prioritize and to take on multiple tasks
• Must have proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, Sketchup and Adobe Creative Suite
• Proficiency in Revit a plus

O 室内设计师 Interior Designer
(Entry Level)

Description
3MIX seeks entry level interior designer to join our Shanghai office. The position is focused on assisting design and documentation of large scale mixed use projects with commercial interior components.

Responsibilities
• Undertakes design project from conceptual design to design development phases
• Works closely with senior staff supporting design and technical tasks
• Researches and prepares plans, diagrams or sketches

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or related design field
• 0-3 years of interior design experience
• Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently
• Good drawing skills, including perspective drawing & spatial awareness
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup, 3D Max, Photoshop, Indesign or other design programs

O 规划师 Urban Planning Designer
(Entry Level)

Description
3MIX seeks entry level urban planner to join our Shanghai office. The position is focused on assisting design and documentation of large scale mixed use urban planning projects.

Responsibilities
• Works closely with senior staff supporting design and technical tasks
• Assists with construction document preparation
• Revises drawings and renderings
• Conducts research for the project team
• Produces graphic presentations and builds study models
• Performs calculations and basic analytical tasks
• Organizes files, materials, and displays

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Planning, Architecture or related field
• 0-3 years of planning, architecture or related experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English
• Maintains effective communication with project team members
• Interacts well with other disciplines and clients in a manner that builds productive relationships
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop
• Experience in Revit preferred

O 平面设计师 Graphic Designer
(Entry Level)

Description
3MIX seeks enthusiastic graphic designers to join our Shanghai office. The position is focused on collaborating with urban designers, architects and interior designers and assisting design and documentation of large scale mixed use projects with environmental graphics design components.

Responsibilities
• Designs and produces print materials related to architecture and interior design projects (logos, signage, presentation materials, brand books, marketing collateral)
• Designs and produces creative transmedia communications for digital distribution (email promotions, social media, simple web and app design, simple video production)
• Collaborates with design teams to develop graphic design approaches for projects and presentations
• Performs supporting graphic tasks, including illustrations, animation and image editing

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Media Design, Advertising or related field
• 0-3 years of graphic design experience in a visual communications related environment
• Demonstrated creativity and strong conceptual and visual communications skills
• Strong typography, layout and print design skills
• Advanced knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Pro-active attitude with an interest in learning new skills
